Sinocare Warranty Policy
At Sinocare.pk, we are committed to providing high-quality medical devices to ensure accurate health monitoring. Our glucometers come with a warranty policy to protect our customers against manufacturing defects and ensure their satisfaction.
Warranty Coverage:
All Sinocare glucometers are covered under a 1-Year Repair Warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and technical malfunctions that affect the normal operation of the device.
The warranty does not cover accessories such as test strips, lancets, batteries, or carrying cases.
Warranty Claim Process:
If your glucometer is faulty due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us on WhatsApp: 0340-3595-197 within the warranty period.
Customers are required to send the product to our office for inspection and repair.
The delivery cost for sending and receiving the product will be borne by the customer.
Upon inspection, if the product qualifies for warranty repair, we will forward it to the company for servicing.
The repair process may take up to 15 working days, depending on the issue and company policies.
Exclusions from Warranty:
Damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, water exposure, or unauthorized repairs.
If the device has been tampered with or repaired by a third party.
If the product has been used improperly, leading to damage or inaccurate readings.
Change of mind or personal dissatisfaction with the product performance is not a valid reason for a warranty claim.
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or other websites are not eligible for warranty claims.
Non-Returnable & Exchange Policy:
Change of mind is not applicable for returns or refunds.
Exchange of the product or parts replacement is not acceptable.
If the delivered product has been altered or replaced by the customer, the warranty claim will be rejected.
Valid Reasons for Warranty Claim:
The glucometer is not turning on despite using new batteries.
The device is providing inconsistent or incorrect readings, verified by medical professionals.
The display screen is malfunctioning or showing error codes repeatedly.
Any other manufacturer-related defects that affect the functionality of the glucometer.
Important Notes:
After 3-4 days of delivery, glucometers are non-returnable but can be claimed for repair only.
Customers must keep their purchase receipt as proof for warranty claims.
Sinocare.pk does not conduct repairs directly; all warranty claims will be forwarded to the manufacturer or authorized service center.
