4. Shipping and Delivery
We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.
Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days, depending on location.
Delivery charges will be communicated at the time of order placement and are to be borne by the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or courier issues.
5. Return and Refund Policy
Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete products if reported within 3-4 days of delivery.

Change of mind is not a valid reason for return or refund.
Products purchased from other websites or unauthorized sellers are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Glucometers and other applicable devices come with a 1-year repair warranty for manufacturing defects only.
Customers are responsible for courier charges when sending items for warranty claims.
Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or product alterations.

Customers must provide accurate personal details, including delivery addresses and contact information.
Any misuse of our website, including fraudulent activities or false claims, may result in account suspension or legal action.
